In order to win in the game of stress we have to face the currents head on. We swim against the current, chances are that we will be pulled into the underwater end, and not survive. Instead of fighting the current to head towards shore, we should swim sidelong to it. We will have to face our fears and change course. This will in the event of mean selfgovernment from their grips. It is important that we direct ourselves and move towards the stresses we face. We can all make it through the grips of stress once we are able to face the stresses and deal with them effectively. When trapped in stress if we fight we will be pulled in deeper but if we face the stress, we will conquer it and be able to move forward.
