For hundreds of years Chinese culture has included an important tradition in each day Tea preparation and expenditure are considered a key element to Chinese culture, and proper tea brewing and drinking are important social elements.

However, clear glass cups are the proper pieces to use when drinking a high quality tea such as Xihu-long-jing, Jun-shan-yin-zhen, and Ton-ting-bilei-chun.

Fine-leaf teas are best drunk with minute teacups, and some Chinese tea sets have these rather than the larger cups. In other areas, such as Guangdong and Fujian, the minion tea is oolong, and a regular kettle is perpetually used for brewing.

By comparison, experts suggest using either a ceramic pot or a regular kettle when brewing Gongfu tea or Hong tea. Today, in people prefer to keep tea warm by using a thermos, and they that the color and flavor is enhanced. A bulky cup would have too much water in relationship to the thoroughbred tea leaves, resulting in them brewing too quickly, which will discolour the tea leaves and have a negative elaborate on the taste and incense of the tea.
