People in the streets will illegally download your album! Listeners from the Radio and T.V. If you want to get your song on the radio, and on BET or MTV, you have to have at least a few songs, that appeal to the audience who buys records instead of burning them.

A lot of up and coming rappers don't do this, and they miss out on a whole entire market of possible customers! The goal is to capture the attention of these listeners through mass media such as the radio and tv, so that they will pay for the album. You shouldn't make aria only for the hood unless that's as far as you want your melody career to go. will most likely buy your CD!

So the point is, if your goal is to capture as fans as you can, then you have to move songs that everybody can listen to. That way, you can accept sells and cash from all of those anomalistic markets, instead of just from the hood. You have to make songs for the streets, the club, the radio/tv, and for the ride. Even though I am a true bard and sometimes don't want to accept it, it is the truth.

Don't credit me? Listen to Laffy Taffy! It may get awful ratings from a lot of artists, but the girls love it, and it sticks in your head. Today's barrier-breaking aria has one thing in common: No matter how stupid it may sound, it is catchy. Think about it: How numerous times have you talked about it with someone since the crazy song came out? How sundry times have you listened to it when it came on the radio just to catch how stupid it was?
