You do not have to give up on a high calorie dish altogether. Avoid eating foods that contain too myriad calories. Another important thing to remember is that water is very advantage for you. You can still have them but make sure you do not eat them very every day and when you do eat them, eat them in smaller portions than usual. Drinking water before every meal is a nice way of assassination your appetite. You should consume on an average, at least about 15 glasses of water.
