AUTHORS - Terms of Use

As an author, we want you to submit content for inclusion in our article directory; however, by your submitting content to us you are agreeing with the following nine (9) terms of use.

1: You are stating that you are the original author of ALL content submitted by you, regardless of pen name submitted under, or that you have copyright for all materials submitted, even if written by a hired writer. If you do not own copyright to all material submitted, and cannot verify such copyright ownership, DO NOT submit the material to us. We manually verify for copyright authenticity every article submitted to us for posting and you will be caught if you try to bypass this strict requirement. DO read our Submission Guidelines (specifically Item #1) prior to submitting, to understand the seriousness with which we will pursue any such variances from this Term.

2: Submittal of an article for inclusion in our directory does not guarantee that the article will be posted or remain posted. At our sole discretion, an article may be removed at any time, most likely due to what we may determine to be unsuitable content that we do not want our readers to view.

3: We may re-categorize your content if we deem the category you selected to be not best targeted.

4: You agree that we may post your article on our website Search 'n' Find Articles (http://www.searchnfindarticles.com/) and our sister sites Unique Free Articles (http://www.unique-free-articles.com/) and Unique Ezine Articles (http://www.unique-ezine-articles.com/), and may be used on any of sites owned or run by Win2Win Limited. Articles can be distributed via any viable electronic format to our readers. Unique Ezine Articles is a duplicate site that may adjust your articles look and feel to prevent search engine duplication problems, and is a FREE link back from our company from a site with a PR.

5: You agree that your keywords may be added to you title, and quotes at the top and bottom of you article to increase keyword density, which in turn will increase your articles exposure on the search engines. Our manipulation techniques are proven to increase search engine exposure over many other sites of similar PR based on your keywords. Your Bio box and links on Search 'n' Find Articles and Unique Ezine Articles will remain unchanged..

6: You are agreeing that others may obtain your content and post it on their website or distribute to their visitors and readers via whatever format they deem appropriate.

7: You are agreeing that you will comply with ALL of our submission guidelines.

8: We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.

9: We reserve the right to require Publishers to copy not only your article content but also the following statement at the bottom of each article.

10: We reserve the right to make editing changes to your article.

Lastly, if any of the above terms are not acceptable to you then we suggest that you do not submit content to us at this time. As an author, if you have visual proof that someone is unlawfully stealing your original work, please contact us. We suggest you view other articles on our sites before submitting your article. If you are not happy with our formatting, then please do not submit.

Article removal is at the discretion of the management of Win2Win Limited only.
